Your Tasks
- Telephone and written recording and processing of complaints and returns, as well as service and spare parts requests
- Telephone support for our customers with technical questions
- Organization and administrative processing of customer service operations
- Contributing to the ongoing optimization of service processes and reduction of service and warranty costs
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training or a comparable qualification (ideally with initial professional experience in customer service)
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and a service-oriented approach combined with strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good PC skills, experience with common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ideally experience with ERP software
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Motivated and team-oriented personality
